Adeptus Custodes Lead the October 17 Warhammer Preorders
If Adeptus Custodes are on your hobby desk, the October 17 Games Workshop preorder list gives you several ways to plan the next addition. The biggest available quantities at publication time belong to the Combat Patrol and Codex, while the rest of our picks cover a command pack, Aquilon Terminators, dice, and three Black Library books.
Build the core of your preorder
Start your comparison with Combat Patrol: Adeptus Custodes and Codex: Adeptus Custodes. Those are the two deepest-stocked products in this release at Planet Comics right now, so they make a practical first stop before you browse the smaller-quantity additions.
Add a focused Custodes pick
If you already know which kind of product you want, go straight to the Command Pack: Adeptus Custodes, Custodes: Aquilon Terminator Sodality, or Warhammer 40000: Adeptus Custodes Dice. That keeps the list easy to scan: command pack, miniatures, or matching dice.
Three Black Library choices
The book side of the October 17 release includes Cold Covenant (Hardback), Apostle (Paperback), and Astra Militarum: Auxilia (Paperback). The formats shown here come directly from the product listings, so hardback and paperback readers can head to the right page without guessing.
At publication time, all eight featured products have positive available inventory in Greenville. Anderson does not currently show positive available inventory for these items, so check the product page before planning pickup.
These products are scheduled for release on October 17, 2026. Browse the complete current Warhammer preorder collection for the rest of the release.
