Refund and Return Policy

Returns, refunds and cancellation of preorders are not allowed. Refunds for damaged or lost packages are contingent upon the carrier and are funded to the limits of the carrier. Refunds will be issued for preorders that are cancelled or allocated by the manufacturer.
