Gondor was the greatest realm of Men in Middle-earth, a proud and battle-scarred kingdom that stood for millennia as the first line of defence against the Shadow rising from Mordor. Though Minas Tirith served as its capital during the Third Age, the ancient city of Osgiliath was once the heart of Gondor’s power before it fell to ruin. As the War of the Ring consumed the land, countless towns and strongholds across Gondor shared in its devastation.

This multipart plastic kit builds a Gondor Mansion, an imposing structure that exemplifies the refined craftsmanship of the kingdom. Its stonework is complemented by iron-reinforced wooden doors and elegant details such as decorative filigree along the balcony railing. The arched entrances are designed with gameplay in mind, allowing infantry models to move through and fight within the building, while larger bases—such as cavalry or monsters—are unable to pass through. The roof is designed for glueless assembly, enabling you to remove it during games and fight out dramatic battles inside.

The Gondor Mansion is fully modular, giving you the freedom to assemble it in multiple configurations. Combine sections to create unique layouts, or use multiple kits to build an expansive estate or urban centre worthy of the White City itself.

This kit comprises 188 plastic components. The scenery is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
