Gondor was the foremost kingdom of Men in Middle-earth, a realm forged by centuries of war and vigilance. Bordering Mordor to the east, it stood as an unyielding bulwark against the Shadow for thousands of years. Though Minas Tirith served as Gondor’s capital in the Third Age, the ancient city of Osgiliath was once its true heart, before falling into ruin. As the War of the Ring engulfed the land, countless towers, towns, and outposts were battered into broken remnants.
This multipart plastic kit builds a Gondor Tower – a towering stone stronghold crowned with elegant masonry and fitted with iron-reinforced wooden doors. Standing approximately 12 inches tall, the tower can be assembled with one, two, or three doorways to suit your battlefield needs. The upper section offers multiple build options: it can be constructed in ruins, as though shattered by siege engines or worn down by time, with additional debris scattered around the base, or topped with an intact domed roof.
The domed roof is designed for glueless assembly, allowing it to be removed during play so battles can rage within the tower’s interior. Whether standing proud or partially destroyed, the detailed rooftop and internal space provide ample room to position miniatures and create dramatic vertical engagements.
This kit comprises 54 plastic components. The scenery is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
